Our Chief Executive and principal investor is Darren Ridge who has been working at the top of the industry for over 20 years.

Premier Telecom (Company Registration Number 04031272) is an independent business run by the original founders and we have our head quarters in Whiteley, Hampshire. We have regional offices serving London and the South East, the North of England and the Midlands and the West, as well as a supporting office in Southampton.

We provide complete communications platforms focusing on cost effective and performance generating solutions from mobile technology through to fixed line installations and sit at the forefront of the new and evolving unified communications.

Our software development arm, ESE Ltd, develop bespoke software to run on and along side mobile devices. In the case of our clients B&Q, ESE have provided PDA platforms to run electronic forms for their health and safety team which has provided considerable cost and efficiency gains.

Other clients include several NHS authorities, for which we have designed software to enable their mobiles to run on the hospital's private network whilst in the hospital’s grounds, and seamlessly switch to the mobile operator’s network when they leave the grounds.

With regards to our partners, we are very closely linked to Vodafone (as a Platinum Tier Partner and their number one business partner in the country). Our secondary partners are O2 and Orange and we are dealers for Network 3. We work with clients on a case by case basis, establish their exact requirements and suggest networks and tariffs that meet these most closely.

With regards to landlines we are partnered with Mitel, Adept Telecom, Daisy, Vodafone and O2 (backed by BT).

Our principal aim is to work with clients in a consultative and very supportive style, providing solutions that focus on the business effectiveness and cost effectiveness of client solutions. We take cost saving as a prerequisite, with a high, and increasing, level of customer service being our priority. We are making great strides in developing our customer service to the best in the industry, where rapid growth has left a vacuum of proper attention to customer needs.
